The Atlanteans lived long and full lives in their fifth dimensional frequencies. The average life span was 600-800 years but those that mastered their energies were able to live in the same body for 1000s of years.
This gave them the unique opportunity to really study and turn their knowledges into wisdoms. One could apprentice for a 1000 years before becoming a master and then master teacher.
One of the most beautiful things about the Atlanteans is that they never stopped expanding. They found new ways to explore life on Earth through studies of alchemy, light energy, crystal technology, reading the galactic akashic records, and remaining connected to their cosmic ancestors.
One of the great teachers of knowledge was Alta High Priestess Athena. We know her today as a goddess of Greek Mythology, but Athena was a visionary leader who used both intuition and logic to see beyond limits.
